Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
1. The Service
SpotFeed (“the Platform”, spotfeed.lol) is a live discovery marketplace. Exactly one sponsored destination occupies the live stage at a time. Sponsors pay for a campaign budget; after payment processing, a portion of the remainder funds a visitor reward pool. Signed-in visitors who complete a verified focused visit and a reaction can earn a credit until that pool is exhausted.
By accessing or using SpotFeed you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, sponsor a campaign, earn rewards, or request a payout.
2. Two Roles
- Sponsors may launch a campaign as a guest or while signed in: a destination URL, a short headline, and a paid budget. A campaign is created only after Creem.io confirms payment. Guest sponsors receive an order ID and edit token to track status; they do not earn visitor rewards unless they also hold a signed-in account.
- Visitors must sign in (Google or email/password via Firebase) to start a visit, complete the required dwell, submit a reaction, and receive a wallet credit. Browsing the live stage without signing in does not create an earnings balance.
3. Campaign Economics
Campaigns are prepaid digital advertising, not a deposit account. Current default economics (the operator may change rates in platform settings):
- Minimum campaign budget is currently $2.00 USD (excluding priority placement).
- Creem.io, acting as merchant of record, charges a processing fee of 3.9% + $0.40 on the campaign budget.
- Of the remaining net, about 65% seeds the visitor reward pool and about 35% is platform revenue.
- Verified visits pay from the remaining pool until it cannot cover another visit.
- SpotFeed does not guarantee click-throughs, sign-ups, sales, ranking, or a specific delivery speed. You buy verified dwell visits against a finite pool, queued behind whatever is already on stage unless you use priority placement.
Paying again for the same live or queued destination may merge additional pool into that campaign rather than creating a second listing.
4. Stage queue & priority placement
If the stage is empty (or the current pool cannot fund another visit), a newly paid campaign may go live immediately. Otherwise it waits in a priority-then-time queue.
Priority placement (currently +$3.00 USD, billed on top of the campaign budget) is an optional add-on. It is platform revenue, not visitor-pool funding. A priority campaign takes the live stage immediately. If another campaign was live with remaining pool, that campaign is moved back into the queue with its unspent pool intact and resumes after the preempting campaign completes (or is otherwise removed). Priority placement does not refund, pause, or withdraw anyone's pool.
5. Visitor Rewards & Conduct
A reward is credited only when all of the following succeed on the server: you are signed in and not banned; you started a visit session for that campaign; you remained for the required dwell period; you submitted one of the offered reactions; the campaign still has enough remaining pool; you have not already claimed that campaign; and you are not the campaign's creator (matched by signed-in account, edit token, or originating IP).
- One claim per campaign per account. Repeat visits on the same listing do not pay again.
- No automation or farms. Headless browsers, macros, click farms, coordinated multi-accounting, and similar tools are prohibited. We rate-limit claims and may suspend or ghost-ban accounts that exceed velocity limits or fail dwell checks.
- No self-dealing. Sponsors may not earn on their own campaigns.
Detected fraud can result in withheld credits, balance forfeiture, and permanent account or IP suspension. A displayed “success” state is not a guarantee that a real credit was posted if the account is banned.
6. Sponsor Content
You are solely responsible for the destination URL and headline. You grant SpotFeed a license to display them on the stage, queue, and history. We may remove listings that include malware, phishing, scams, illegal goods or services, hate speech, non-consensual media, or other harmful or deceptive content, without refund of remaining pool or priority placement fees.
SpotFeed is not the publisher of sponsor sites and does not endorse them. Visitors interact with third-party pages at their own risk.
7. Wallet, $5 Cashout & Payouts
Visitor balances are internal platform credits in USD cents. They are not a bank account, stored-value instrument, security, or interest-bearing deposit. Credits have no cash value except through the payout process below.
- Cashout requires a signed-in account and a minimum balance currently set at $5.00 USD (500 cents). Amounts below that floor cannot be withdrawn.
- Supported destinations are currently USDT on Polygon, USDT on TRON, and PayPal. You are responsible for a correct address or email. Crypto network fees and PayPal rules are yours.
- Requests are queued as pending and paid manually. An operator completes a request after recording a transaction hash or PayPal ID, or rejects it and returns the amount to your SpotFeed balance.
- Pending requests already debit your balance. Do not treat a pending request as settled funds until the status is completed.
8. Payments
Sponsor checkout is processed by Creem.io as merchant of record. SpotFeed does not store full card numbers. Campaigns go live or into queue only after a paid Creem webhook is verified. Abandoned checkout is not a charge. Chargebacks or payment disputes are handled under Creem's policies in addition to these Terms.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, fraud-free traffic, or that anti-abuse systems will catch every violation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpotFeed's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us for the campaign giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the claim.
10. Changes
Reward size, dwell time, minimum budget, priority placement price, pool split, withdrawal minimum, and payout methods may change. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
